Good Blocks is based on the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), the psychological therapy with the strongest research support. Good Blocks allows you to change negative thinking styles almost without noticing. YES!!!
I have used many apps to help me, this one surpasses them all! I look forward to playing and am so excited that it works. I am starting to actually reject some of these self-deprecating, intrusive thoughts. Really, really happy about this app!

As a mom, and a clinical psychologist, I found this application to be very on target, fun and actually effective. I assume it needs practice to maintain efficacy, and to that end updates and new versions and treats will be necessary. Enjoy!
